Healthcare Administration Services

International SOS' Healthcare Administration Services help organisations better manage the healthcare services they provide to their workforce globally. In Indonesia, we have been entrusted by our clients to manage the healthcare claims and services of 31,000 people. We start with preventative healthcare, including vaccination and health assessment programmes. Once abroad, we offer domestic and international assignees support to access primary and specialists medical care, especially in regions which lack a reliable medical infrastructure. Our services create visibility for employers on healthcare benefits and their cost, as well as the health status of their workforce, anywhere in the world.

MedFit

Through our MedFit International Health Screening Programme, International SOS provides the resources and experience needed to successfully launch and manage a global health screening programme. The programme helps to evaluate the medical status of workforce and ensures that appropriate medical support can be provided if required in the location where they are based or being sent to.

Travel Assistance

International SOS can provide guidance on replacing or cancelling important lost or stolen travel documents (e.g. passport, credit cards). If a traveller has a change of plan, upon authorisation we can assist with booking new flight ticketing and/or hotel accommodation, and advise on how to extend a visa or get any needed vaccinations. However, we do not make routine travel arrangements.

Evacuation and Repatriation

In the event of a medical emergency, International SOS can evacuate members to a medical centre of excellence capable of providing the necessary care. Doctors supervise evacuations, and, when necessary, a medical specialist or nurse will accompany members during the evacuation. An air ambulance will be used when required.
