First Aid Level Two
First Aid Level Two is a classroom, instructor-led course that teaches intermediate level of first aid knowledge and skills.
This two-days course is a core training recommended for workplace first-aid providers. It is also designed for anyone who wants to be able to respond in the event of an emergency.
Accident can happen anytime, anywhere – this course will ensure you know what to do.
This class consists of learning the theory (40%) and practicing the first aid skills (60%).
Upon successful completion of the course, which includes practical and written test, participant will receive certificate of attendance, certificate of competence and International SOS first-aider card.
Course Covers
- Key changes reflecting the new science from 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care
- How to do proper Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Intermediate first aid skills such as wound and bleeding care, fainting and shock, bone and muscle injuries, head and back injuries, environment emergencies and poisoning
- Practical test
- Written Test

This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a certification in intermediate first aid to meet job, regulatory or other requirement.
