International Superyacht Society Elects MedAire General Manager to its Board of Directors
Steven Bates, General Manager, Luxury Yacht at MedAire, the International SOS company providing health and security support to the maritime and aviation industries, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the International Superyacht Society (ISS). The ISS is the leading global representative organisation of the large yacht industry. The not-for-profit organisation has over 1,200 members among Industry leaders, owners, captains and crew, with 604 member companies representing all aspects of the yachting industry in 49 countries worldwide.
Melissa Orlick, ISS Treasurer/Director said that, “With over 25 years of industry experience and deep passion for making a positive influence in the superyacht community, we are honoured to have Steven Bates join the International Superyacht Society’s Board of Directors, as he will be a great asset in achieving association goals for the betterment of the industry.”
