As a part of operations team, you will be challenged to perform our service deliveries excellence, which require following skills and qualities: 

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to work on shift schedule, round-the-clock basis
  • Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum Diploma III from any major (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in Customer Services sector is an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
  • Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
